Is there a minimum order value?
Within Europe, the minimum order value is €150. For countries outside Europe, the minimum order value is €500.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order can easily be done online. If you have any questions about the order you want to place, you can always contact us by email: customerservice@textieltrade.nl or by phone: +31 167 560 238. Note: To place an order, you do need a Textiel Trade account.
Can I still change my order after I have placed it?
After you have placed your order, you can always call us at +31 167 560 238 to make a change. Please note that this must be done shortly after placing the order. Once the order is ready for delivery, it is no longer possible for us to make any changes.
Why was my order cancelled?
The most common reason for cancelling an order is a failed or incomplete payment. If this happens, you will also receive an email notification. Please check your bank details and try again.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept several secure payment methods, so you always have the option to place an order. You can pay with: iDEAL, Credit card (Maestro, Mastercard and VISA), PayPal, Bancontact and bank transfer.
What is the payment term?
We do not work with a payment term. Orders are processed after payment.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice for every order. Your complete invoice history can also be accessed at any time on our website when you are logged in.
What happens if I pay late?
If you have not yet made the payment, we will not start processing your order. We will only proceed once your payment has been received.
Delivery and Shipping
What are your shipping costs?

Do you also deliver abroad?
We deliver worldwide, so you can always place an order. Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Can I track my order via Track & Trace?
Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace link once we ship your order. With this link, you can track your order.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
We aim to ship your order within 2-4 days. Please note that some delays may occur during busy periods, such as holidays.

Are all products in stock?
All products available on our website are in stock, which allows us to guarantee fast delivery.
Can I use product photos for my own webshop?
Yes, you may use our photos for your own webshop.
Do you also offer exclusive/licensed products?

How do I report a complaint or damaged product?
For complaints or damaged products, you can always contact our customer service. Please reach us by phone at +31 167 560 238 or by email at customerservice@textieltrade.nl. Please note that complaints must be reported promptly after receipt. We cannot be held responsible for goods that have been in your possession for an extended period.
Who pays the return costs?
Who covers the return costs depends on the nature of the issue. That’s why, in case of a return, we make clear arrangements with the customer so you know exactly what to expect.
Account & Access
How can I create an account?
You can apply for a company account through the registration form. We will process your request as soon as possible, after which you will be notified whether your account has been approved or rejected.
What are the benefits of a business account?
A business account allows you to place orders with us. In addition, you can only view our prices when you are logged into your account.
Can I link multiple users to my account?
You cannot link multiple users to a single account. However, it is possible to link multiple accounts to one company.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, you can request a new one via the link on our login page. You will then receive an email with a link to the email address associated with the account, allowing you to reset your password.
Why was my account application cancelled?
The most common reasons for not approving an account are failing to provide a company name, VAT number, or small business number. These details must always be provided for verification.
